7. Booking Process

Payment: Sessions must be booked and paid for online to secure a spot. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Private session cancellations require at least 24-hour notice for a full refund, while group session cancellations require a 72-hour notice. Rescheduling is allowed within these time frames.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Mesaw Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate a client’s account and access to services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or any other actions deemed harmful to our business or other clients. Notice of suspension or termination will be provided when feasible.

9. Health and Safety

To maintain a safe environment, please avoid attending sessions if you are unwell or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with a contagious illness. Reschedule your session to prioritize health and safety for all.
