Join us this year on the first Sunday of every month for a nourishing start to your week with guided meditation, crystal quartz sound healing, and Reiki.
Lovingly held in the peaceful cocoon of Mesaw Studio.
These Sacred healing sessions are a gentle reset for your nervous system. A space to slow down, reconnect, and soften into deep rest. Using a combination of Yoga Nidra and the healing frequencies of crystal quartz singing bowls and the healing power of Reiki, you’ll be guided into a state of relaxed awareness where your body can release tension and your mind can reset.
After our sound journey, we gather for quiet connection over a warm drink and healthy snacks, extending the calm into your day.
