A Science Meets Ritual Gut Health Experience
Bloated. Wired but tired. Googling symptoms at midnight because you haven't had five quiet minutes to actually listen to your gut. This is your afternoon off, not another thing to organise around the kids, an afternoon that's just for you.
Join us for a 3-hour experience combining a personal bio scan, gentle movement and breathwork (at your chair), a hands-on fermentation ritual, and a talk that ties the science to the ritual plus a jar, a recipe card, and a shot of fire to take with you.
