Join us every second Sunday for a nourishing morning of guided meditation, crystal quartz sound healing, and stillness — lovingly held in the peaceful cocoon of Mesaw Studio.
These Sunday morning sessions are a gentle reset for your nervous system — a space to slow down, reconnect, and soften into deep rest. Using a combination of Yoga Nidra and the healing frequencies of crystal quartz singing bowls, you’ll be guided into a state of relaxed awareness where your body can release tension and your mind can reset.
After our sound journey, we gather for quiet connection over herbal tea and healthy snacks, extending the calm into your day.
